Quoting Ms. Hannigan from "Annie" as she yells at the orphans, "Rise and shine! ... all gonna clean this dump till it shines like the top of the Chrysler building." How fitting this quote was for me and the state of my house this morning. It had been awhile, okay, way too long, and oh how my floors needed it.

ReplyDeleteThe best part in that movie is when Ms. Hannigan imitates the little brown eyed girl when she says "She hadda go bafroom". She says it in that nasty high pitched voice, priceless. Carol Burnett is an all time great! I'm glad you got your floors clean, that is a good feeling. I'm sorry to hear about your grandma. Hawaii sounds like it was lovely, other than your sad news. I'm happy for you that you are in Utah with a yard!
